I'm jealous! Wish we could go to some of the other events. We are stil hoping to attend Dewey in October.

Hi Nancy.

We've been to Mtn. Hounds several times.  Not going this year because of $$$.  We just got back from GEM 2010 and are going to Beach Bound Hounds (Myrtle Beach) in September.  Just can't do them all, and decided to try some different ones this year.  Mtn. Hounds is a very nice event.  Friendly people and a great park adjoining the motel with a ball field for the pups to exercise and potty in.  You should go!

Did you go to Mountain Hounds?  Some friends of mine went and called me from there Saturday evening.  They said there weren't many vendors there....but that saved them lots of money.  HA!  If you went, I hope you weren't disappointed.

I wasn't disappointed and it was a nice event. Very relaxed.  But I could have done without all the HILLS!

Well, darn.  You would have really liked my friends too!  I didn't know for sure you were going.

They know all about Sandy Paws!  The four of us threaten to drive down every year!  If the plans materialize next year, I'll give you a shout beforehand and warn you we're coming.

Glad you enjoyed the hills of Tennessee!  (HA!  I bet that was a shocker, with you living in Florida!)  You can build up some calf muscles real fast!
