NGR: Oh Mama!

We had visitors on Sunday.  The pictures are blurry, the little point and shoot just doesn't cut it.  Yesterday I put the trail camera out where mama bear and her two cubs were.  I also brought Roy along as a body guard and some apples for bait.  They were about 200 yards from the house.

If you look at the trunk, you can see the two cubs climbing down the tree.

In the next two pictures, it looks as though mama bear is looking directly at us.

I am going to leave the trail camera out a few days before I check it out.  Hopefully there are some nice close-ups.

Very cool photos, Annette, but do be careful, especially with cubs around, the Momma Bear can be VERY protective!
